His previous experience includes being the Sr VP of Global Sales & Commercial Operations for 1WorldSync, the leading cloud-based product information and network certified for the Global Data Synchronization Network™ (GDSN®).





Stewart Day, Chief Financial Officer

Joining BLUE Software in November 2015, Stewart Day’s credentials include a CPA and over 10 years of experience beginning with a public accounting role with top ten public accounting firm Crowe Horwath. This included working with a number of companies, including SaaS before he moved on to financial leadership roles at Acquity Group and VivaKi. As the CFO at BLUE Software, he oversees the domestic and international finance and accounting operations. He has a passion for technology and working in high growth environments and is excited about playing an integral part in BLUE’s growth in the BLM space.





Doug Inda, Vice President of Enterprise Sales

With over 20 years of experience Doug Inda has developed a unique insight when it comes to business development on major accounts in international markets. With specialties in CPG, pharma and entertainment verticals, Doug’s skillset makes him an invaluable member of the BLUE team. His prior experience includes Senior Director of Business Development at BLUE and Major Account Executive positions at Schawk Digital Solutions, ATG and EDS. 




Michelle Youmans, Vice President of Operations and Quality Management

Michelle Youmans, Vice President of Operations and Quality Management

Michelle Youmans has over 15 years of experience leading cross-functional teams at BLUE promoting quality awareness and continuous improvement initiatives. Michelle is a strong, collaborative team leader who translates and applies business strategies, initiatives, and goals with effective quality management practices into operations. Her goal is to manage systems and processes that run BLUE to create efficient scalability while continuing to meet regulatory compliance requirements. She oversees the global Quality Management System (QMS) for the development, implementation, deployment, maintenance and hosting of BLUE software systems for our Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Retail clients.



Afshin Mirmotahari, Chief Technology Officer

Afshin Mirmotahari is often described as the premier industry icon in graphics proofing and software technology development. With Afshin, BLUE gains both the leadership and technology prowess of creating the top on-prem and online visualization and proofing technologies of the past 20 years. From Creo to Kodak Insight, to the award winning, all HTML 5 Viki Vproof solution, Afshin utilizes his considerable talent, leading development team members and skilled development methods to continuously innovate and bring concepts to product reality.





Stephen Kaufman, Chief Product Officer

Stephen Kaufman is an industry-recognized thought leader and visionary. The former CTO of SHAWK! SGK Stephen brings to the table both his unique vision and leadership skills honed over the course of 20 years of working in the Brand Lifecycle Management and premedia industries. His goal is to develop an ever deepening understanding of our customer’s future needs and bring leading technology to the next generation of solutions for customers. His role is to bring vision, clarity and leadership capabilities to the company.





Frank Kovacs, Vice President of Strategic Channels & Alliances

Frank Kovacs brings global alliances to BLUE. He is most recognized for disrupting and redefining markets while building new networks and strategic partnerships to establish leadership across marketplaces. From startup to global networks, Frank is a two-time IBM pinnacle award winning executive. As CMO at startup inno360, he was awarded the Edison Innovation Award in 2013 for “best new product of the year” in the SaaS innovation services category. Frank’s goal is to lead BLUE to the broader global markets with a multichannel approach, bringing value to all customers big and small.
